1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT & ORDER

Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit card & Paypal as our main payment method. U.S Dollars is allowed.

Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible. Therefore,If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. That means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours later after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been put into one-of-a-kind production or sent out. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return and Exchange Policy.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders take a little longer process than those traditional finished products. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary. Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days for the order to reach your shipping address within US. International shipping is not available currently.

Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email to track the order online.

Please note: The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for lost due to wrong shipping information.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with SKU label attached and accompanied by the order number. No returns are accepted after 14 days from when you receive. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return Policy or please contact our customer service for return.

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 14 days from receipt.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please note that all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

MODIFICATIONS

Myphotosocks reserves the right to modify this Web Site, and the rules and regulations governing its use, at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Web Site, and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to the Web Site. Myphotosocks.com may make changes in the products and/or services described in this Web Site at any time.

Myphotosocks reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account. We will notify you should such limits be applied in the purchasing process.

We endeavor to present accurate information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when information on Myphotosicks.com may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. Any such errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information in any way affects your individual order. We reserve the right to amend errors, or to update product information at any time, without prior notice.

DISCLAIMERS

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing. We are not responsible for any losses caused by improper use, such as overstretching, or being dyed. If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.

 

2. SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for our socks, boxers and blankets to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, AU, UK, CA and other 35+ countries address as of the moment and delivery time is around 7-10 working days.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address. 

How much is shipping? 

Free shipping over $39 through USPS (United States Postal Service).

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 7 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS. 

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday. 

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is our top priority and as of the moment we can ship orders to 30+ countries, e.g. US, CA, AU, and UK, etc. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send inquiry to our customer service team at myphotosocksservice@gmail.com
NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

Please note: 

  • If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift. 
  • At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
  • Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping.
